1. Introduction

Kelvin Friday Network (“KFNetwork,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information that we collect, use, store, disclose, or otherwise process when you access or use the KFNetwork mobile application, websites, wallet services, KF Academy, XP and mining features, staking features, peer-to-peer (“P2P”) exchange features, referral services, notifications, support channels, and any other products or services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”).

KFNetwork is a mobile-first digital asset ecosystem built around KF-Coin (“KF-C”), a BEP-20 token operating on BNB Smart Chain. The Services may involve blockchain wallet addresses, app-based XP earning, XP-to-KF-C conversion, staking, blockchain transactions, P2P transactions involving supported stablecoins, educational content, and related features.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how and why we use it, when we disclose it, how long we keep it, the choices and rights available to you, how account deletion affects your information and digital assets, and how to contact us.

2. Who Is Responsible for Your Information

The organization responsible for operating KFNetwork and determining how personal information is processed is:

Legal Entity: Pending confirmation
Product Name: Kelvin Friday Network (KFNetwork)
Registered Address: Pending confirmation
Country of Incorporation: Pending confirmation
Privacy Contact Email: PlaySourceUnltd.ops@gmail.com
Data Protection/Privacy Officer: Pending confirmation

Where required by law, the entity above acts as the data controller or equivalent organization responsible for personal information processed through the Services.

3. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed through:

  • the KFNetwork mobile application;
  • KFNetwork websites and web pages;
  • account registration, authentication, password reset, and profile management;
  • KF-C and supported digital asset wallet functionality;
  • app-based XP mining and reward features;
  • XP-to-KF-C conversion;
  • booster purchases and usage;
  • staking and unstaking;
  • P2P listings, purchases, sales, cancellations, and history;
  • KF Academy courses, lessons, quizzes, and progress;
  • referral programs;
  • reports, customer support, and dispute handling;
  • push notifications and service communications;
  • administrative, fraud-prevention, security, and compliance operations; and
  • any related service that links to this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy does not control the practices of independent third-party websites, blockchain networks, app stores, identity-verification providers, social networks, exchanges, or other third parties.

4. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you use KFNetwork.

4.1 Account and Profile Information

We may collect:

  • full name;
  • username or display name;
  • email address;
  • telephone number;
  • country or region;
  • date of birth or age information where required;
  • profile image;
  • referral code and referrer information;
  • account status and creation date;
  • encrypted or hashed authentication credentials;
  • refresh-token and session information;
  • password reset information; and
  • other profile information you choose to provide.

We do not intentionally store account passwords in plain text.

4.2 Identity Verification and KYC Information

Where identity verification, Know Your Customer (“KYC”), anti-money laundering, sanctions screening, fraud prevention, age verification, or similar compliance checks are required, we or an approved verification provider may collect:

  • legal name;
  • date of birth;
  • nationality;
  • residential address;
  • government-issued identification information;
  • identification document images;
  • facial images or verification selfies;
  • verification status;
  • screening results;
  • source-of-funds or source-of-wealth information where required; and
  • other information necessary for legal or compliance purposes.

4.3 Wallet and Blockchain Information

KFNetwork may create or manage blockchain wallets associated with your account, including a main wallet, staking wallet, and P2P wallet. We may process:

  • public wallet addresses;
  • blockchain transaction hashes;
  • KF-C balances;
  • BNB balances used for network fees;
  • supported stablecoin balances such as USDT and USDC;
  • deposit, transfer, staking, unstaking, listing, purchase, sale, and withdrawal records;
  • transaction timestamps and confirmation status; and
  • related transaction metadata.

Where platform-managed wallet functionality requires custody of wallet credentials, private keys and recovery phrases should be stored in encrypted form and protected by appropriate access controls. Raw private keys or recovery phrases should never be exposed in ordinary logs.

4.4 Public Blockchain Information

Transactions on BNB Smart Chain are recorded on a public blockchain. Publicly visible information may include:

  • wallet addresses;
  • token contract addresses;
  • transaction hashes;
  • transaction amounts;
  • timestamps;
  • smart-contract interactions; and
  • other transaction data.

Blockchain information may remain publicly accessible indefinitely. KFNetwork generally cannot alter or delete information already recorded on a public blockchain.

4.5 Mining and XP Information

For KFNetwork’s app-based XP reward system, we may process:

  • XP balances;
  • mining session start and end information;
  • session duration;
  • mining rates;
  • streak information;
  • claim history;
  • unclaimed XP;
  • conversion history;
  • conversion limits;
  • grace-period information; and
  • booster-related mining-rate changes.

KFNetwork’s “mining” feature is an application-based XP reward mechanism and is not blockchain consensus mining.

4.6 Booster Information

We may process booster tier, price, purchase date, activation date, expiry date, bonus rate, resulting XP rate, transaction details, and eligibility information.

4.7 Staking Information

When you use staking features, we may process:

  • staking wallet address;
  • amount staked;
  • selected staking plan;
  • applicable reward or APR information;
  • start and unlock dates;
  • accrued or expected reward information;
  • claim status;
  • early unstaking information; and
  • related blockchain transaction hashes.

  • buyer and seller account identifiers;
  • wallet addresses;
  • listing amounts;
  • KF-C amounts offered, bought, or sold;
  • supported payment token, including USDT or USDC;
  • pricing information;
  • listing and transaction status;
  • transaction hashes;
  • cancellation information;
  • timestamps; and
  • trade history.

Limited information may be visible to the relevant counterparty when necessary to complete or resolve a trade.

4.9 KF Academy Information

We may process:

  • courses and lessons viewed;
  • progress and completion status;
  • quiz attempts;
  • quiz scores;
  • pass/fail results;
  • attempt timestamps;
  • cooldown periods; and
  • XP rewards earned through Academy participation.

  • crash and performance data;
  • API request information;
  • security events;
  • fraud-risk indicators; and
  • audit or system logs.

4.13 Push Notification Information

If you enable notifications, we may process device push tokens, notification preferences, delivery status, notification interaction information, and related device identifiers.

You can normally disable push notifications through your device settings.

4.14 Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our websites or web-based services may use cookies, local storage, SDKs, pixels, or similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, analytics, performance measurement, and user experience. Where required, we will request consent before using non-essential technologies.

  • improve product performance and reliability;
  • diagnose bugs and crashes;
  • conduct internal analytics; and
  • develop new features.

7. Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we may process personal information based on:

  • Performance of a contract: to provide Services requested by you or perform our Terms of Service.
  • Consent: where you have given valid consent, such as for certain marketing or optional technologies.
  • Legitimate interests: for security, fraud prevention, service improvement, platform administration, and similar business purposes where permitted.
  • Legal obligation: to comply with applicable laws, lawful requests, reporting duties, record-keeping, or regulatory obligations.
  • Protection of legal rights: to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims or protect users, KFNetwork, or third parties.
  • Other lawful bases: where permitted under applicable law.

The specific basis may vary depending on your location and the processing activity.

8. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information in the ordinary meaning of selling personal information for money.

We may disclose information to:

8.1 Service Providers

Vendors that provide cloud hosting, databases, blockchain connectivity, notifications, KYC, analytics, security, fraud prevention, customer support, email delivery, crash reporting, storage, or professional services.

8.2 Blockchain Networks

Information necessary to complete blockchain transactions is transmitted to BNB Smart Chain and may become permanently public.

8.3 P2P Counterparties

Limited information may be disclosed to the relevant buyer or seller where reasonably necessary to complete, verify, or resolve a transaction.

8.4 Legal, Regulatory, and Safety Disclosures

We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, regulation, court order, lawful government request, regulatory inquiry, fraud investigation, security incident, legal claim, or to protect users, assets, or public safety.

8.5 Corporate Transactions

Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, insolvency, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.

8.6 With Your Direction or Consent

We may share information when you ask us to or otherwise provide valid consent.

9. International Data Transfers

KFNetwork may use service providers or infrastructure located outside your country. Personal information may therefore be processed in other jurisdictions.

Where required by applicable law, we will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections, recognized adequacy mechanisms, consent where valid, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide the Services;
  • maintain account and transaction records;
  • comply with tax, accounting, audit, KYC, anti-fraud, legal, and compliance requirements;
  • resolve disputes;
  • investigate security incidents; and
  • establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Retention periods vary by information type and legal requirements.

Examples:

  • profile information may generally be retained while your account is active;
  • transaction records may be retained after account closure for legal, audit, security, and compliance purposes;
  • KYC information may be retained for any legally required period;
  • audit and security logs may be retained for security and compliance purposes; and
  • public blockchain records may remain available indefinitely.

When information is no longer required, we may delete, anonymize, aggregate, or securely isolate it, subject to applicable obligations.

11. Account Deletion

KFNetwork provides an account deletion process.

Under the currently approved product rules:

  1. account access is restricted after a valid deletion request;
  2. a 30-day waiting period applies before final deletion;
  3. during the waiting period, you may request cancellation through support or an authorized administrator;
  4. open P2P listings may be cancelled and listed assets returned before final deletion;
  5. you are expected to withdraw supported digital assets and address active staking positions before the deletion period expires;
  6. XP may be permanently forfeited as part of deletion;
  7. digital assets remaining after the deletion period may be handled in accordance with the Terms of Service and the deletion notice shown before confirmation;
  8. profile information may be deleted or anonymized where permitted;
  9. transaction history, KYC records, audit logs, security records, and compliance records may be retained where required; and
  10. blockchain records cannot generally be deleted because they form part of a public distributed ledger.

Because deletion may affect digital assets, users should carefully review all deletion warnings before confirming a deletion request.

12. Blockchain Privacy and Immutability

You should understand that:

  • wallet addresses are generally pseudonymous rather than fully anonymous;
  • blockchain analytics may associate wallet addresses with individuals or organizations;
  • transaction information may be publicly visible;
  • blockchain data may be copied and stored by independent network participants;
  • blockchain data may be permanent;
  • confirmed blockchain transactions may not be reversible; and
  • deleting your KFNetwork account does not erase information already published to BNB Smart Chain.

13. Security

We use technical, administrative, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information and digital asset infrastructure. Measures may include:

  • encryption of sensitive wallet credentials;
  • encrypted communications;
  • access controls;
  • role-based administrative permissions;
  • authentication controls;
  • secure password storage;
  • monitoring and audit logging;
  • transaction verification;
  • database protections;
  • backups;
  • fraud and abuse detection; and
  • separation of production secrets from ordinary application data.

No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure will never occur.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and promptly notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access.

14. Security Incidents and Data Breaches

If a security incident affects personal information, we may investigate, contain, remediate, preserve evidence, notify affected users where appropriate, notify regulators where legally required, and take steps designed to reduce the likelihood of recurrence.

15. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to:

  • access personal information we hold about you;
  • correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • request deletion of certain information;
  • request restriction of processing;
  • object to certain processing;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • request portability of certain information;
  • opt out of certain marketing communications;
  • lodge a complaint with an applicable privacy or data protection authority; and
  • request information about how your personal information is processed.

These rights may be subject to legal exceptions, identity verification, record-retention requirements, fraud-prevention obligations, blockchain immutability, and other lawful limitations.

To exercise a privacy right, contact us using the details in the “Contact Us” section. We may need to verify your identity first.

16. Automated Processing and Risk Controls

KFNetwork may use automated rules or system logic to:

  • enforce XP conversion limits;
  • detect duplicate or suspicious transactions;
  • determine feature eligibility;
  • apply quiz-attempt limits;
  • manage staking or booster rules;
  • enforce account restrictions;
  • prevent referral abuse; and
  • identify potentially fraudulent or high-risk activity.

Where required by law, we will provide additional information or rights relating to decisions based solely on automated processing that produce significant effects.

17. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not intended for children below the minimum age permitted to use digital asset services or enter into the relevant legal agreement in their jurisdiction.

Minimum Age: Pending confirmation

If we learn that we collected personal information from a child in circumstances where we were not legally permitted to do so, we may delete or restrict the information and related account, subject to lawful retention requirements.

18. Device Permissions

The KFNetwork app may request permissions necessary for certain features, including:

  • notifications;
  • camera access for identity verification or profile functions;
  • photo or file access for document upload;
  • biometric authentication; and
  • other device capabilities required by a specific feature.

You may change most permissions through your device settings, although disabling a permission may prevent certain features from working.

19. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including blockchain services, identity-verification providers, app stores, analytics providers, notification providers, and external websites.

Third parties operate under their own privacy policies and terms. KFNetwork is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third parties.

20. Social and Community Links

KFNetwork may provide official links to services such as Instagram, Telegram, Discord, X, YouTube, and GitHub.

If you interact with KFNetwork through those services, the relevant platform may separately process information about you under its own privacy policy.

21. Analytics and Service Improvement

We may use analytics information to understand application usage, feature engagement, crashes, error rates, performance, device categories, user flows, and aggregate usage trends.

Where feasible, analytics information may be aggregated, pseudonymized, or minimized.

22. Fraud, Abuse, and Platform Integrity

We may monitor activity to protect KFNetwork from account takeovers, fraudulent transactions, multiple-account abuse, referral abuse, reward manipulation, unauthorized automation, P2P manipulation, attempts to exceed conversion limits, unauthorized wallet access, attacks, and violations of our Terms of Service.

Information associated with suspected abuse may be retained for investigation, security, compliance, dispute resolution, or legal purposes.

23. Marketing Preferences

Where KFNetwork sends optional promotional messages, you may opt out through an unsubscribe link, notification settings, account preferences, or by contacting us.

Opting out of marketing does not prevent us from sending important operational, security, legal, or transactional messages.

24. Do Not Track and Similar Signals

Some browsers or devices offer “Do Not Track” or similar privacy signals. Because there is not always a uniform industry standard for these signals, our response may depend on the technology used and applicable law.

Where legally required to recognize a particular opt-out signal, we will take reasonable steps to do so.

25. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Services, new features, service providers, security practices, legal requirements, or our data-processing practices.

When changes are material, we may notify users through the app, email, website notice, or another appropriate method.

The “Last Updated” date at the top will indicate when the latest version became effective.

26. Complaints

If you have concerns about how KFNetwork handles your personal information, please contact us first so we can review the issue.

You may also have the right to complain to the privacy or data protection authority responsible for your jurisdiction.
